Sr. Product Manager, Platform & Workflows

We’re looking for a passionate individual who loves to navigate through the complicated world of Healthcare technology to deliver the best consumer facing platform to our customers. This individual will be entrusted with driving the business forward by delivering products that customers will fall in love with. This role will be integral to the shaping of our Holon brand and how our customers and users view our products.


  • Define both short term and long term strategy for new feature innovation to achieve product vision and deliver business results
  • Manage Holon’s platform product life cycle from concept to delivery through a product roadmap
  • Build out amazing services, internal tools, and workflow & API management that others (internal & external teams) will want to use
  • Create buy-in for the product vision both internally and with key external partner
  • Daily communication and consensus across companywide roadmap
  • Interact with customers and prospects to define market requirements and translate these into product requirements
  • Contribute to and communicate with the UX roadmap, defining top-level milestones, sequencing, and influencing other priorities


Technical Skills & Experience

  • Computer science undergraduate degree or equivalent (preferred, not necessary)
  • Demonstrate ability to own platforms that serve a large and distributed set of customers
  • 5+ years experience building and delivering business software products
  • Experience managing cross-discipline projects including marketing, sales, data, compliance, product, engineering
  • Ability to make data-driven business decisions
  • Strong leadership and creative thinking skills with an eye for detail
  • Show strong interest in information workflows and how they make life better for real customers

Interpersonal Skills

  • Provide forward, innovative thinking about the future of user and experience design
  • Able to articulate complex API and data problems to everyday users
  • Be a ferocious customer advocate throughout the product design lifecycle
  • Communicate project status with design team and stakeholders
  • Seek opportunities to make improvements to team efficiency and process
