Sr. Product Manager, Consumer App

We’re looking for a passionate individual who loves to navigate through the complicated world of Healthcare technology to deliver the best consumer facing platform to our customers. This individual will be entrusted with driving the business forward by delivering products that customers will fall in love with. This role will be integral to the shaping of our Holon brand and how our customers and users view our products.


  • Lead the ideation, implementation, and launch of innovative consumer software products
  • Define and analyze key metrics to inform decision-making and measure success
  • Partner with design and engineering teams to ensure innovative best of class app design
  • Daily communication and consensus across companywide roadmap
  • Interact with customers and prospects to define market requirements and translate these into product requirements
  • Contribute to and communicate with the platform roadmap, defining top-level milestones, sequencing, and influencing other priorities


Technical Skills & Experience

  • This role requires the ability to think big, dive deep with technical teams, and work across customers to deliver important features for our users
  • 5+ years experience building and delivering consumer software products
  • Experience managing cross-discipline projects including marketing, sales, data, compliance, product, engineering
  • Ability to make data-driven decisions for what’s best for our users and customers
  • Strong leadership and creative thinking skills with an eye for detail
  • Show strong interest in identifying friction and improvements for our users and finding solutions for them

  • Provide forward, innovative thinking about the future of user and experience design
  • Able to customer and user needs to the everyday person
  • Be a ferocious customer advocate throughout the product design lifecycle
  • Communicate project status with design & engineering teams
