Product Designer

We’re looking for a passionate individual who loves to navigate through the complicated world of Healthcare technology to deliver the best consumer facing platform to our customers. This individual will be entrusted with driving the business forward by delivering products that customers will fall in love with. This role will be integral to the shaping of our Holon brand and how our customers and users view our products.


  • Lead design for our core consumer app (desktop & mobile) leveraging a wide range of skills from product thinking, interaction and visual design, to functional prototyping
  • Think through user problems and finding the best solution and experience for our users and customers
  • Partner with product, user research, customer success teams to ensure innovative best of class app design
  • Interact with customers and prospects to define market requirements and translate these into design requirements
  • Contribute to and communicate with the platform roadmap, defining top-level milestones, sequencing, and influencing other priorities


Technical Skills & Experience

  • Demonstrate a strong ability to innovate UI and execute a polished product design
  • Fluency in the latest product design trend, tools, and technology cross-platform (mobile and web)
  • 3+ years experience designing great software products
  • Experience managing cross-discipline projects including marketing, sales, data, compliance, product, engineering
  • Ability to make data-driven decisions for what’s best for our users and customers
  • Strong leadership and creative thinking skills with an eye for detail
  • Show strong interest in identifying friction and improvements for our users and finding solutions for them

  • Provide forward, innovative thinking about the future of user and experience design
  • Able to customer and user needs to the everyday person
  • Be a ferocious customer advocate throughout the product design lifecycle
  • Communicate project status with design & engineering teams
  • Seek opportunities to make improvements to team efficiency and process
