Director of Analytics

Define and mature a scalable analytics strategy to support Holon’s operational excellence, client adoption and value realization. This role requires a unique balance of technical, analytical and relational skills. Reporting to our Chief Customer Officer this individual will need cross-functional communication and collaboration with both internal and client stakeholders as these strategies are deployed and leveraged across our base.



  • Own Analytics strategy and deployment across internal and client stakeholders
  • Develop strategic frameworks and gather data-driven/actionable insights
  • Collaborate with channel partners to improve multi-platform analytics and insights
  • Showcase the standard set of KPIs and reporting while assessing new client needs
  • Oversee and work directly with Product and Engineering teams for all enhancements and improvements to tools and platform
  • Partner with internal stakeholders for all analytic needs across sales, marketing and services
  • Empower client success team with client adoption and utilization analytics


Technical Skills & Experience

  • /B.A. degree from an accredited college/university; Business, STEM, or Healthcare preferred
  • 5+ years of healthcare information technology
  • Experienced leading analytics focused services in client-facing environments
  • Strong working knowledge of data visualization tools (PowerBI, Tableau, Quicksights, etc)
  • Proven ability to message relative insights in an effective manner to multiple audiences (peers/associates, C-Suite, customer teams, end users)
  • Ability to transform data into rich, meaningful, relative insights
  • Excellent time management, organizational skills with ability to prioritize, monitor progress and enforce accountability
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to communicate ideas clearly and thoroughly to a variety of internal and external operational and executive roles
  • Ability to define best practice processes and enable the systems to support them
  • Willingness to engage and be sought by others as a partner to achieve common objectives
