Chief Marketing Officer

The Chief Marketing Officer will develop and execute marketing strategies, content and programs to support the company’s objectives and long-term growth.


  • Conceptualize and drive a comprehensive high impact product launch in conjunction with the Product team
  • Develop Holon’s market position and establish market presence
  • Understand and communicate Buyer personas internally and externally
  • Create Prepare critical content and materials for marketing and sales support
  • Conceptualize and execute on multi-channel campaigns across the prospect and customer lifecycle, ensuring the alignment of communications and messaging across all channels
  • Partner with Sales and Channel Partners to develop a funnel of opportunities necessary to meet company growth objectives
  • Identify effectiveness and impact of marketing initiatives with tracking and analysis, and optimize accordingly
  • Gather customer and market insights to inform outreach strategies, increase customer conversions, and generate more qualified leads
  • Be a leading voice and advocate for value-based case and future Holon use cases
  • Manage a suite of marketing program partners to meet deliverables
  • Forecast, draft, implement, and oversee the department’s operating budget
  • Identify and participate in industry events
  • Present ideas and final deliverables to internal and external teams, and communicate with senior leaders about goals. marketing programs, strategies, and budgets
  • Provide additional sales support, as needed

Skills & Experience


  • Healthcare experience required
  • Experience in new product launches
  • Developed relationships within the Healthcare industry
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field
  • At least 10 years of experience in senior marketing and long-range planning required
  • A creative, analytical, and data-driven mindset
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven experience developing marketing plans and campaigns
  • Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills
  • Metrics-driven marketing mind with eye for creativity
  • Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools
  • Proficiency with online marketing and social media strategy
