As CEO of Holon Solutions, Jon sets the overall strategic direction for the company and its CollaborNet® platform, which improves operational efficiency, care quality, and the provider experience by delivering relevant patient knowledge when and where providers need it.

An industry leader, Jon’s career spans more than 35 years with a majority spent in healthcare engaging and serving providers and payers with companies such as IBM, Siemens, CareFusion, Allscripts, Availity and GE. Prior to joining Holon, Jon served as President of Virence Health, which was acquired from GE by Veritas Capital and is now part of athenahealth. While at GE he led the turnaround of the value-based care solutions portfolio. He also initiated and drove the sale/divestiture of the division.

Currently, Jon serves as Vice-Chairman of the eHealth Initiative, an independent, non-profit whose mission is to serve as the industry leader in convening executives and multi-stakeholder groups to identify best practices that transform healthcare through the use of technology and innovation.

An active industry leader, his background includes the pioneering formation of Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) for healthcare in the late 1980s and community health interchanges in the late 1990s. In 2014, he received the Louis J. Sullivan Award from the Workgroup for Electronic Data Interchange (WEDI), recognizing his continuing efforts to advance the efficiency of healthcare. He also holds a patent on advanced revenue cycle management.

Jon earned his Bachelor of Arts in Literature from West Chester University.

As Holon’s Chief Strategy Officer, Rob leads the strategic planning and product design for envisioning, incubating, and developing innovative solutions that drive customer value to make healthcare better for everyone. With more than 15 years of combined expertise in business management, technology, product ideation, and design, he brings unique perspectives and effective business strategies to create market-dominating products that win in highly competitive markets.

Prior to joining Holon, Rob co-founded Carematics, a SaaS-based mobile care transitions company based in Atlanta, GA. Earlier in his career, he joined a team of engineers to form Novo Innovations, a Medicity-acquired technology focused on EHR integration that continues to serve thousands of healthcare entities today. Following Medicity’s acquisition by Aetna in 2011, Rob served as Aetna’s Vice President of Product and Business Development, traveling to and from China to build a go-to-market product plan for international commercialization of the Novo Grid and Notify products.

Prior to his career in healthcare IT, Rob served as principal architect for the MERLOT African Network, connecting computer science professors from abroad to doctoral Ph.D. candidates at Addis Ababa University in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.


Jim Tropauer
Chief Operating Officer


As Chief Operating Officer, Jim leads the team charged with implementing and supporting Holon’s customers, as well as managing the information security program for the company.

Jim draws on his 20+ years of healthcare technology experience, applying a broad base of practical implementation and support expertise to help customers achieve their business and financial goals. With deep capabilities in product management and development operations, Jim engages across disciplines within external and internal organizations to create the customer value demanded by end-users and sponsors alike.

Over the course of his career, Jim has focused on secure health information exchange, from the delivery of results into electronic health records (EHRs), to the flow of clinical data into health information exchanges (HIEs), and now at Holon, helping deliver relevant patient knowledge when and where providers need it. Prior to Holon, Jim held leadership positions with Medicity and McKesson.

He earned his Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Biomedical Engineering from Vanderbilt University and his Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from Mercer University.

Drew Plisco
Chief Financial Officer


As Chief Financial Officer, Drew oversees finance, accounting, legal, and human resources for Holon. Drew brings significant experience in building scalable, high-growth subscription and SaaS businesses by focusing on commercial activities, innovation, and strategic initiatives.

Prior to joining Holon, Drew was the Chief Financial Officer at Infutor Data Solutions, LLC, a private equity-backed subscription data company. Before Infutor, Drew served as the Vice President of Finance at Sage Group plc, where he led finance for the North America commercial region as it transitioned from a perpetual to subscription revenue model. Prior to that, he was responsible for the global financial planning and analysis (FP&A) function at First Advantage, a leading provider of background screening technology and services. In addition, he has held senior positions at Ariba, Inc. (acquired by SAP in 2012) both pre and post-acquisition, where he was responsible for finance support of the global sales, marketing, and Ariba Network organizations. Drew began his career in investment banking and restructuring advisory.

Drew received his bachelor’s degree from the University of Maryland, his MBA from the University of Massachusetts, and is an active Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charterholder.

Nate King
Chief Product & Technology Officer


As Holon’s Chief Product & Technology Officer, Nate leads the Product & Innovation group, responsible for the overall product portfolio and the company’s technology and innovation posture. By utilizing cutting edge technology of today and tomorrow, Nate is ensuring the Product & Innovation group will continue disrupting the market with high-value products that solve business problems for Holon customers and users, and ultimately advance better healthcare for the broader community.

Prior to joining Holon, Nate co-founded and held the role of Chief Product Officer of AEGERIA, a SaaS-based business strategy platform located in Los Angeles, CA. Prior to that, he successfully owned and operated a business strategy consulting firm, focusing on technology strategy and implementation in the media & entertainment, healthcare, insurance, and banking industries.

Over the years, Nate has held executive and senior roles in both startup and Fortune 100 companies such as CBS Corporation, Comcast Universal, Warner Media, and Sony Pictures Entertainment.
