We think the world of Holon’s leaders and that's really critical to us. Who we go to market with is of the utmost importance - and then the fact that Holon has a technology solution that backs those relationships up.
One of the things I've been most impressed with is the turnaround time whenever an issue or a user experience question arises. Holon has done a very nice job moving that quickly, and that's not always the experience you have when you're developing software with a partner.
We wondered if there was actually a technology solution that can query the database in the EHR, alert a physician in real time that this is a patient from a value-based contract and tell them, ‘Here are the quality gaps. Here are the coding opportunities, and here are utilization issues’ – to alert the physician in real time. That sounded like pie in the sky to us, but, it turns out that that's what Holon does.
